Letty's Backyard Filipino Food truck: Authentic Filipino Flavors in Milton, FL

The food is absolutely AMAZING and the portions are more than generous! The food truck is hard to spot from the road but pull in the drive and they have the cutest patio area. My partner and I have stopped here for lunch on the ambulance several times and she never disappoints. She is the nicest lady and an amazing cook. Don’t miss out!!

We walked up just before noon and Ms. Letty took our order for lumpia, chicken adobo, and shrimp ginataan with sodas. She immediately gave us a small container of doughnuts as an appetizer. About 20 minutes later, she brought out the food with 2 containers of steamed white rice, paper/plastic serving ware, and napkins. The food was in disposable togo boxes. We dined in the patio shade surrounded by a beautiful garden. The food was very hot physically and tasted wonderful. I look forward to sampling the rest of their menu. I recommend this business. It's off the beaten path, but well worth finding.

Perfect local hidden gem. Owners are very welcoming. Chicken pancit was amazing! The chant while eating it was soooooo good! Lumping cooked to a nice snappy crisp and the flavor is to die for! Atmosphere is too cute for a nice outdoor lunch!

Such a wonderful setting and atmosphere where Letty's Filipino Food Truck is. Letty and hubby, Omar, are wonderful people. The food is fresh, hot, plentiful and so very good! Give this small local business a try. You will not be disappointed!

Lettys Filipino Food is absolutely delecious. I had the curry chicken with fresh grow crisp vegetables. There is a nice patio outside to sit and eat although I took my meal to go. I look forward to trying Letty's other dishes.

Letty's Backyard Filipino Food Truck is truly one of Milton's hidden gems. The owner’s cooking style is inspired by the Bicol Region, bringing a unique and authentic flavor you won’t find elsewhere. The menu is just the right size and not overwhelming, but with plenty of delicious options to choose from. Every dish is cooked fresh to order (never preheated), and the flavors are absolutely incredible. Our family is so happy to finally have authentic Filipino food right here locally. Whether you grab it to-go or enjoy it in their quaint and cozy little setup, you really can’t go wrong. I’ll definitely be coming back often and I'm surely telling everyone I know about Letty’s!

The outside seating area is cute and tucked back away from the busy road. The prices are typical for what you'd expect from a food truck but the portions are large and flavor is well worth the price. We got the chicken adobo and chicken pancit and will have plenty left over for dinner. There were a couple of orders ahead of us so we waited maybe 15 minutes but the food was definitely made fresh and worth the wait.

I cannot wait to go back!!! The food is absolutely amazing! The owner is just the sweetest lady! Do yourself a favor, go and give this spot a try. You will not be disappointed!
